Spoke to HRSA. They said, as long as I did not receive a denial letter, I am fine and donât have to worry about Jan 31. She quoted "Applicants that HRSA has determined will not receive a payment will receive email notifications that include the primary reason for their payment determination. Providers who have not yet received any communication regarding their Phase 4 and/or ARP Rural payment determination will be notified as soon as HRSA completes the review and processing of their application. HRSA anticipates distributing the remaining payments throughout early 2022."
We have not yet received funds either.
Good morning! In receipt of another monthly email from HRSA PRF (Dec, Jan, Feb and again yesterday) regarding phase 4 distribution/qualification and no payment to date. Anyone else with this continued experience?
Still no money. HRSA (UHCare) said they are about 14% providers still pending and they can pay up to end May. Worried about HRSA funds drying up. Have you done your PRF2/3 report? Did you show any unreimbursed COVID expenses?

On March 22, 2022, HHS announced more than $413M in PRF Phase 4 payments are being distributed to more than 3,600 providers across the country. This announcement is directed to providers who have not yet received a Phase 4 payment and their application is still pending.
The remaining Phase 4 and ARP Rural payment determinations are projected to occur periodically through May 2022.

Yeah, we just got Phase 4 payment last week. There is hope for you guys that have not gotten it yet. Our payment was about 1.3 times what last years payment was.
I hope everyone else gets the surprise overnight deposit that your billing department brings to your attention.

Received another e-mail teaser and made contact at HRSA regarding the hold-up in the payment. Evidently had to sign up/enroll with OPTUM Pay online as for some reason, our EIN was ânot locatedâ. We rEceived Phase 2 and RurAL âbonusâ payments as direct deposits without a problem. Anyone with this experience?
Just received the rural payment as part of Phase 4. Hope springs eternal!
