Does anyone use an AI program/company in their private practice. If so, how do you like it? what are pros/cons?
The EMR we use is slated to incorporate a significant amount of AI with the upcoming release. This will include handling of faxes and other documents automatically, reading insurance cards and entering it into the EMR correctly - hopefully eliminating HUMAN transcription error, and a scribe service that listens during the patient visit and creates the progress note for you (to review and correct/adjust).
