After listening to Dr Schafer’s talk from PMI conference, I am considering using a point based attendance policy for my staff. Does anyone else do this? I have a preliminary idea but now I’m wondering how to easily monitor and tally points. Surely this can be automated through either the time clock or scheduling program. Ideas/thoughts? @schafekat
