Need advice- our practice just suffered the unexpected loss of one of our docs. We are now considering hiring an APN because we need help asap and haven’t had any responses to our ad for a doc. We know absolutely NOTHING about what to offer, what to expect, etc. Can anyone help? Salary/benefits/expectations/anything?

We are in the process of extending offer to an APP. We had best response to our NP/PA posting on Indeed verses paying for an ad on professional sites. We recently implemented a profit sharing incentive for our current NP which the new provider will be eligible for after initial year.
