Patient engagement

Everyone should definitely be staying in touch with their patients.
I think the pandemic is changing everything so drastically that if we don’t stay in touch, our patients may not be there when we get back.

In my practice, I am sending emails at least three days a week to keep my families engaged. These emails ALWAYS lead to the phones ringing and appointments being made.

It doesn’t have to be perfect but it does need to be consistent.
