PedsOne (Pediatric Billing Specialists) is checking insurance payor websites across multiple states daily for changes to telemedicine billing and reimbursement requirements. I’m attaching our most updated list of payor guidelines (first tab of the spreadsheet) as well as what we’ve compiled across our client states (subsequent spreadsheet tabs) for insurance reimbursement guidance. This is current as of today 3/26/2020, and while we can’t speak for insurance payors, we’re happy to share what we’ve been told in our daily inquiries.
