Okay PMI Forum, I could have sworn there were resources for billing virtual Well Visits (the two part kind where one half of the visit is virtual and the other half is in person) and I have searched everywhere and am not finding anything.

Depending upon the insurance, bill the wellness code (and any billable surveys done) for the telemedicine (99393-95). -95 modifier is typical for most insurers but I have a few that don’t want this modifier. On the in person f/u, 99024 plus any billable separate procedures (vaccines, hearing, vision, labs).
