Demographics for dummies(docs, APRN)

Hello everyone!

We have the only pediatric urgent care in our community and since we can now telehealth on new patients, we are trying to figure out how to get all the demographics and eligibility so we can get paid but do want the doc or APRN to be able to do that without screwing up for the billing office. Does anyone have any workflow ideas or shortcuts or ideas? We have PCC

Most practices are confirming demographics and insurance at the time the appt is scheduled. Some practices are having someone from the front office call and handle the intake before the TM visit.
