I have two questions regarding pay cuts and the PPP for those of us making over $100,000.
- As the sole owner of my practice, can I stop taking a paycheck without significantly disrupting the PPP loan forgiveness?
- For my employed physicians who have volunteered a pay cut, am I able to decrease their salary if it remains >$100,000 during the 8 week period of the PPP loan without disrupting loan forgiveness? If they volunteer for this, would you still recommend a legal amendment to their contract (I assume yes)?
