So if a state up to the minute isnt approving it, say like NJ, then they wont pay for it? but all private insures will? so Confusing

Sadly, yes…it is confusing…the only thing I can think of is to check the website and contact provider relations…however, NJ has a very big AAP chapter that should be able to bring some resoruces to untangle who is paying, etc…maybe contact them?
