We have a few patients who have driven / flown out of state for the holidays.
It was my understanding that due to the pandemic that telemedicine can be performed across “state lines”.
We have parents now requesting a telemed sick visit while they are away.
Can anyone comment on this and / or share what your practice is doing in situations like this?
Okay to do a telemed visit across state lines?
Of course, we would never prescribe narcotics or refill controlled substances across state lines, but what about an antibiotic if needed?
