It’s not odd given the statistics - but my concern is what it will do to Hep B vaccination rates in our state. And what will the recommendations be from birthing centers on how quickly to see pediatrician, etc. The hospitals in our area (Palm Beach county) require ped f/u appointment be made by parents before they will clear for discharge.
For those already using g2211, do you have a script your business office uses when/if a portion is left to patient responsibility? Have you found this to occur often? We received a significant amount of kickback from patient parents when we first implemented charging for developmental screens several years ago.
