At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to…
- Recognize the importance of using clinical and financial benchmarks for measuring change in their practices.
- Establish a list of meaningful pediatric benchmarks specific to their own practice’s needs.
- Develop a plan for addressing those benchmarks that represent improvement for the practice.
- Generate and construct their own benchmarks in an ongoing manner.

FACULTY: Chip Hart
Chip Hart is Director of Pediatric Solutions at PCC and has spoken at pediatric events for over 30 years, from the AAP National Conference & Exhibition (NCE) to over two dozen state chapter meetings.
He’s a long-time SOAPM contributor and will struggle to keep it just to 60 minutes.
