Has anyone had a newly graduated PA start in their office? This is my first venture with a PA and I need to make a contract and job description. How did you start out with the PA and responsibilities? I apologize if this seems very basic, but I have worked alone for decades.
My mid-levels spend three months just following me before I let them start seeing on their own. I sign all of their charts. I trained the most recent one in ADD care. That has been a great help.
