Losing an employee after PPP came through

staff of 13 and PPP just came through and one RN has voluntarily resigned…scared of cover…should I be calling PPP and reduce my loan act so can meet the requirements??

A single employee leaving should leave room for the 75% testing.

Agree with Paulie losing 1 FTE is not enough to get you in trouble, but I would not reduce it - your “worst case” is that you don’t get 100% forgiveness and you get a 1% loan for 2 years- SUCH a deal!

For loans under 2 million, I have been told there is no audit by SBA- what “counts” as foregiveable is determined by your bank. Information still to be determined, so hang tight!
