Here’s an article my husband, a nutrition and fitness consultant, wrote about the importance of taking care of yourself during these exceptional times. He often reminds me that we, as pediatricians, are so busy worrying about our patients, our staff, our business, and our families that we ignore our own nutrition, sleep, and fitness.
