waiver regarding them contracting COVID 19 or anything related after returning to work
I still don’t understand what problem you’re trying to prevent. Employees cannot waive their OSHA rights to a safe workplace. Nor can you guarantee that employees will be 100% protected all the time even with appropriate employer-mandated safeguards in place.
