Does anyone know the law when it comes to employees and physicians traveling? Can we require employees and each other disclose their travel intentions/history and ask detailed questions regarding where they went and what they did during their vacation/travel? My fellow physicians feel we can interview employees and each other after travel to see where they went/what they did. My friend who is a lawyer, although not an employment lawyer, says we legally cannot.
